Travel show filming in 10 countries
Colombian Television

Locations: Czech Republic - Prague, Brno; Israel; Germany- Munich; Japan - Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto; Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur; Spain - Valencia, Ibiza; Italy - Milan, Genova, Portofino; Senegal; Austria-Salzburg; Indonesia- Bali.
We organised staff, travel logistics, transportation and all permits needed for the entire travel show season production. The main challenge was to prepare more than 100 location permits in 2 months during an extremely high season in Europe and Asia.
The production team successfully achieved the target of 128 content episodes, each lasting 5 minutes, across more than 100 locations in just 17 days. Notably, we achieved a 40% savings on the production budget compared to other providers.

We organised TV shootings in 8 countries at the same time for 3 groups of 10 people including contents creation, location permissions, local Spanish-speaking fixers and security, and local premium class transfers and logistics. The main goal was to shoot in short time all needed content for the travel show. We agreed 80 locations according the inquiry and successfully filmed the entire season of the TV show in 20 days.

For the main Colombian television company, we acted as a local producer. We agreed on 107 locations in 12 cities of Russia and selected local heroes in the concept of the travel program. We have developed a logistics solution for groups of 50 people, selected local air tickets and train tickets. In each city, we have selected an English-speaking driver and a Spanish-speaking assistant and also booked a 4-5* hotels to accommodate our guests.

For this project, we have chosen a stunning location overlooking the Kremlin and Red Square. We also hired technical English and Spanish-speaking staff, provided the technical equipment necessary for the live shooting and of course coordinated the whole project.

We organized the arrival of a hundred people from a leading Mexican TV channel in Russia in 4 cities: Sochi, Kazan, Moscow and St. Petersburg. We have selected the best hotels and apartments to stay in Russia for two months. Hired 10 Spanish-speaking assistants and translators in 4 cities. We developed a logistics solution (flights and ground transportation E and S class) within the country, and got permissions for the shooting.

We collaborated with the Mars company for their corporate meetings for more than 200 people in St. Petersburg and Astana. We have selected, booked and decorated conference rooms in one of the best hotels in the city center. Also, administrative staff and photographers were hired. As part of the event, receptions and coffee breaks were organized, and an exclusive photo zone was developed. For all participants of the meeting a logistics solution was selected.

We have prepared the main corporate dinner of the New Year celebration for 800 people in St. Petersburg, Russia. The concept of the event and a creative program for the participation of employees were created: shadow theater, musical, dance, acrobatics, etc. We hired teachers, choreographers and scriptwriters for each section and organized rehearsals and studio recordings for three months. Also, technical equipment, hosts and a Gala Dinner for 800 persons with a menu selection were organized.
